Idea 002 - Pronounce Your Numbers Properly?

How about we give each digit a sound so instead of saying digits in a greater than two digit number, we can pronounce them? Here're the rules: combine the consonant sounds if you can, add vowel sounds as needed and have fun!

1 = b
2 = g
3 = h
4 = k
5 = l
6 = p
7 = q
8 = r
9 = s
0 = t

So this year would be gitoter.

My age is hip (or hop or hap).

Notice we're adding vowely sounds at will as we need, kinda like the Romans did.

Try these:
step = 906
plib = 651
blipster = 156,908

Whatcha think?

It's too challenging for our school children to learn this new language. They are still struggling with the metric system.
